Account and data deletion

1. 1Open the Ultimate Drift app and sign in;
2. 2Go to your Profile;
3. 3Tap “Delete account”;
4. 4Choose what you want to delete (see item 2);
5. 5Tap “Request deletion” to confirm.

When you confirm, we register your request and process it within 30 days. Nothing is erased at the moment of confirmation — the screen confirms that the request was registered.

The request lets you choose the scope. You can ask for the whole account to be deleted, or only part of your data:

• My entire account — removes your login and all the data below. You will no longer be able to access the app with this account.
• Profile data — name, photo, tax ID/passport, date of birth, preferences and car bio.
• Location history — location records collected while you used the app.
• Driver and competition data — public results and competition data may be retained or anonymized where required by law (see item 5).

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, send an email to suporteapp@ultimatedrift.com.br with the subject “Account deletion”, stating the email registered on your account and, if you wish, the scope of the deletion.

We process the request within 30 days, the same deadline as a request made in the app.

• Your authentication account — the login ceases to exist;
• Your profile: name, email, phone number, date of birth, ID document, preferences and photo;
• Your location history;
• Device identifiers and push notification token;
• The content you submitted through the app.

• Official sporting results (competition name or nickname, number, category, round and placement) — kept as part of the championship record, anonymized where applicable, on the grounds of legitimate sporting interest;
• Records required by law, such as tax and financial records of ticket purchases — for the applicable legal period;
• Security and audit logs — for up to 6 months.
